A multi-disciplinary company providing a broad range of professional services covering the design, engineering, construction, infrastructure and property markets is seeking a Designers Site Representative to work in their Cambridgeshire offices.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:-
Health and Safety of the site team
Operation of the Designer’s Quality Plan for Examination of the Works
Day-to-day management of the site team
Issue of information required for the Works
Where required under the Contract approval of suppliers, sub-contractors and materials
Monitoring, checking and independent examination of the Works
Liaison with the Contractor, Designer and Supervisor
Maintenance of site records including certificates, drawings, inspection reports, and correspondence
Verifying that the Contractor is recording and collating all information necessary for the compilation of as-built records
